1. طبيعة الخدمة1. What Faz3a is

فزعة منصّة تربط بين المستخدمين وفنيين مستقلين لخدمات الصيانة المنزلية. فزعة ليست مقدّم الخدمة ولا توظّف الفنيين، وإنما تسهّل التواصل بينكم فقط.Faz3a is a platform that connects users with independent technicians for home-service work. Faz3a is not the service provider and does not employ technicians; it only facilitates the connection between you.

2. الفنيون المستقلون2. Independent technicians

الفنيون على فزعة مقاولون مستقلون مسؤولون عن عملهم. نحن نتحقّق من هويتهم قبل ظهورهم بالتطبيق، لكننا لا نضمن جودة أو نتيجة العمل. استخدم تقييماتك وحكمك الشخصي عند الاختيار.Technicians on Faz3a are independent contractors responsible for their own work. We verify their identity before they appear in the app, but we do not guarantee the quality or outcome of any work. Use the ratings and your own judgment when choosing.

3. الدفع3. Payments

الدفع يتم كاش مباشرة بينك وبين الفني بسعر متفق عليه بينكم. فزعة لا تعالج المدفوعات ولا تأخذ عمولة على الدفع، وأي خلاف مالي يُحلّ مباشرة بينك وبين الفني.Payment is made in cash directly between you and the technician at a price you both agree on. Faz3a does not process payments or take any commission on payment, and any payment dispute is resolved directly between you and the technician.

4. مسؤولياتك4. Your responsibilities

• تقديم معلومات صحيحة عند التسجيل والطلب.Provide accurate information when registering and requesting.
• استخدام التطبيق لأغراض مشروعة فقط.Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• معاملة الفنيين وفريق الدعم باحترام.Treat technicians and the support team with respect.
• المحافظة على سرّية رمز الدخول الخاص بك.Keep your login code confidential.
• عند ترشيح فنيّ تعرفه عبر التطبيق، تؤكد أن لديك موافقته على مشاركة اسمه ورقمه معنا لغرض التواصل معه بشأن الانضمام لفزعة.When you refer a technician you know through the app, you confirm you have their consent to share their name and number with us so we can contact them about joining Faz3a.

5. التقييمات والمحتوى5. Ratings & content

التقييمات لازم تكون صادقة وتعكس تجربتك الحقيقية. يُمنع نشر محتوى كاذب أو مسيء أو مخالف للقانون. نحتفظ بحق إزالة أي محتوى مخالف.Ratings must be honest and reflect your real experience. Posting false, abusive, or unlawful content is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any violating content.

المحتوى الذي ترفعه (صور، تسجيلات صوتية، تقييمات) يبقى ملكك، وتمنح فزعة ترخيصاً لتخزينه وعرضه ضمن الخدمة لغرض تشغيلها. بالنسبة للفنيين: ملفك المهني (اسمك، صور أعمالك، تقييماتك) يُعرض داخل التطبيق وعلى صفحة عامة على الإنترنت يمكن مشاركتها — وثائق هويتك لا تُعرض أبداً.Content you upload (photos, voice notes, reviews) remains yours; you grant Faz3a a license to store and display it within the service in order to operate it. For technicians: your professional profile (name, work photos, ratings) is shown in the app and on a shareable public web page — your identity documents are never displayed.

6. السلوك الممنوع6. Prohibited conduct

يُمنع الاحتيال، انتحال الهوية، إساءة استخدام المنصة، أو محاولة تجاوز إجراءات الأمان والتحقق.Fraud, impersonation, misuse of the platform, or attempting to bypass security and verification measures are prohibited.

7. تعليق الحساب وإنهاؤه7. Suspension & termination

يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو يهدّد سلامة المستخدمين. وفي حالات الإساءة الجسيمة يجوز لنا منع رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالحساب من التسجيل مجدداً، حتى بعد حذف الحساب.We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or threatens user safety. In cases of serious abuse we may also block the phone number associated with the account from registering again, even after the account is deleted.

8. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، فزعة غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار ناتجة عن الخدمات التي يقدّمها الفنيون المستقلون أو عن التعاملات بينك وبينهم.The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Faz3a is not liable for any damages arising from services provided by independent technicians or from dealings between you and them.

9. القانون الحاكم9. Governing law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختص محاكمها بأي نزاع.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. تغييرات على الشروط10. Changes to these Terms

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسننشر التاريخ المحدّث أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق يعني موافقتك على التحديثات.We may update these Terms; the updated date will appear at the top. Your continued use of the app means you accept the updates.
