كيف بتتحقّقوا من الفنيين؟How do you verify technicians?
كل فنّي بيقدّم وثيقة إثبات هوية، وبتنمراجَع يدوياً قبل ما يظهر بالتطبيق. الفني الموثّق بيظهر عنده علامة «موثّق».Every technician submits an identity document that is manually reviewed before they appear in the app. Verified technicians show a "Verified" badge.
هل الدفع من خلال التطبيق؟Is payment through the app?
لا. الدفع كاش مباشرة للفني بسعر متفق عليه بينكم. فزعة ما بتاخذ عمولة على الدفع.No. Payment is cash directly to the technician at a price you agree on. Faz3a takes no commission on payment.
وين بتغطّوا؟Which areas do you cover?

كيف بصير فنّي على فزعة؟How do I become a technician?
نزّل التطبيق، اختر الانضمام كفنّي، وكمّل ملف التوثيق (الهوية والمهنة). بعد المراجعة والقبول بتقدر تستقبل الطلبات.Download the app, choose to join as a technician, and complete verification (identity and trade). Once reviewed and approved, you can receive requests.
