1. من نحن1. Who we are
فزعة تطبيق أردني يوصل المستخدمين بفنيين مستقلين موثّقين بالهوية لخدمات الصيانة المنزلية. نحن نأخذ خصوصيتك على محمل الجد ونجمع فقط ما نحتاجه لتشغيل الخدمة.Faz3a is a Jordanian app that connects users with independent, ID-verified technicians for home-service work. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what we need to run the service.
2. المعلومات التي نجمعها2. Information we collect
- رقم الهاتف — لإنشاء حسابك والتحقق منه عبر رمز يُرسل بالرسائل القصيرة (SMS).Phone number — to create and verify your account via a one-time code sent by SMS.
- الاسم الذي تدخله لعرضه للفني عند الطلب.Name you provide, shown to the technician when you make a request.
- الموقع — نستخدم موقعك (بموافقتك) فقط لتحديد مكان الخدمة على الخريطة وإيجاد الفنيين الأقرب. تقدر تدخل العنوان يدوياً.Location — with your permission, used only to place the job pin on the map and find nearby technicians. You can also enter your address manually.
- رمز الإشعارات (Device token) — لإرسال إشعارات عن حالة طلبك عبر خدمة الإشعارات.Push token — to send you notifications about your request via the push service.
- الصور التي تختار إرفاقها في الدردشة أو الطلب. (الفنيون يرفعون وثائق إثبات هوية للتحقق — تُخزّن بشكل آمن ولا تُعرض للعملاء.)Photos you choose to attach in chat or a request. (Technicians also submit identity documents for verification — stored securely and never shown to clients.)
- التسجيلات الصوتية — الملاحظات الصوتية التي تختار تسجيلها في المحادثة أو الطلب (بإذن الميكروفون). تُخزّن لتشغيل الخدمة ويسمعها الطرف الآخر في الطلب فقط.Voice notes you choose to record in chat or a request (with microphone permission). Stored to run the service and heard only by the other party on the job.
- بيانات ترشيح فني — إذا رشّحت لنا فنياً تعرفه (اسمه ورقمه والمناطق التي يغطيها)، نستخدم هذه المعلومات فقط للتواصل معه بشأن الانضمام لفزعة، ولا نذكر له اسمك إلا إذا وافقت على ذلك عند الإرسال.Technician referrals — if you recommend a technician you know (their name, number, and areas), we use that information only to contact them about joining Faz3a, and we mention your name to them only if you agreed to it when submitting.
- بيانات تقنية — نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، إصدار التطبيق، وسجلات أساسية لتشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها.Technical data — device model, OS, app version, and basic logs to run and improve the service.
3. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك3. How we use your information
- إنشاء حسابك والتحقق منه، وتشغيل الطلبات وتوصيلك بالفني المناسب.Create and verify your account, run requests, and connect you with the right technician.
- إرسال رمز الدخول والإشعارات المتعلقة بطلبك.Send your login code and notifications about your request.
- تقديم الدعم والرد على استفساراتك.Provide support and respond to your questions.
- التحقق من هوية الفنيين والحفاظ على أمان المنصة.Verify technician identities and keep the platform safe.
- تحسين أداء التطبيق ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.Improve the app's performance and prevent abuse.
4. الدفع4. Payments
فزعة لا تعالج المدفوعات. الدفع يتم كاش مباشرة بينك وبين الفني بسعر متفق عليه، ونحن لا نجمع أي بيانات بطاقات أو حسابات بنكية.Faz3a does not process payments. Payment is cash directly between you and the technician at an agreed price, and we do not collect any card or bank-account data.
5. مع من نشارك المعلومات5. How we share information
- مع الفني الذي تطلبه: اسمك، منطقتك، وتفاصيل الطلب اللازمة لتنفيذ الخدمة.With the technician you request: your name, area, and the request details needed to do the job.
- مزوّدو خدمات نعتمد عليهم لتشغيل التطبيق: Twilio (الرسائل القصيرة)، Google Firebase (الإشعارات)، خرائط Google (الخرائط)، وSentry (مراقبة الأعطال التقنية — تصلها بيانات تقنية فقط بعد إزالة المعرّفات الشخصية كأرقام الهواتف والهويات). يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنّا فقط.Service providers we rely on to run the app: Twilio (SMS), Google Firebase (notifications), Google Maps (maps), and Sentry (technical crash monitoring — it receives technical data only, with personal identifiers such as phone and ID numbers scrubbed). They process data only on our behalf.
- الملف العام للفني — بالنسبة للفنيين: اسمك وتقييماتك وصور أعمالك تُعرض للعملاء داخل التطبيق وعلى صفحة عامة على الإنترنت (faz3aapp.com) يمكن لأي شخص مشاهدتها ومشاركتها. وثائق هويتك لا تظهر فيها أبداً.Technician public profile — for technicians: your name, ratings, and work photos are shown to clients in the app and on a public web page (faz3aapp.com) that anyone can view and share. Your identity documents never appear on it.

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف.We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
المحادثات داخل التطبيق ليست مشفّرة من طرف إلى طرف؛ قد يطّلع فريق السلامة لدينا على الرسائل عند التحقيق في بلاغ أو لحماية المستخدمين أو للامتثال للقانون.In-app chats are not end-to-end encrypted; our safety team may review messages when investigating a report, protecting users, or complying with the law.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات6. Data retention
نحتفظ بمعلوماتك طالما حسابك فعّال أو حسب ما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة والامتثال للقانون. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (الحساب ← حذف الحساب) أو من صفحة حذف الحساب على موقعنا. عند الحذف تُزال بياناتك من أنظمتنا الفعّالة فوراً، مع استثناءين: قد نحتفظ بحد أدنى ضروري لمنع الاحتيال وحماية المستخدمين (مثل أرقام الهواتف المحظورة بسبب إساءة الاستخدام وسجلات السلامة)، وتبقى النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة لمدة تصل إلى ٣٠ يوماً قبل حذفها تلقائياً.We keep your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with the law. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Account → Delete account) or via the account-deletion page on our website. On deletion your data is removed from our active systems immediately, with two exceptions: we may retain the minimum necessary to prevent fraud and protect users (such as phone numbers banned for abuse and safety records), and encrypted backups persist for up to 30 days before being deleted automatically.

نستخدم إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك، بما فيها التشفير أثناء النقل (HTTPS). ولا يوجد نظام آمن 100%.We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No system is 100% secure.
8. حقوقك8. Your rights
لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها. راسلنا على البريد أدناه وسنستجيب لطلبك.You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at the email below and we'll act on your request.
9. الأطفال9. Children
فزعة ليست موجّهة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عمداً.Faz3a is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. التغييرات على هذه السياسة10. Changes to this policy
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر التاريخ المحدّث في أعلى الصفحة.We may update this policy from time to time; the updated date will appear at the top of the page.
